Ronnie McFarland, President & CEO

A business associate recently asked me; “Why do you do what you do?” With just a little thought it came right to me: I reasoned that I must love what I do and must do it for the right reasons. First and foremost, I love my family and want them to have a high standard of living and enjoy life to the fullest. I love the independence of being my own boss versus working for “the man.” Being the boss carries a lot of responsibility, but the positive rewards outweigh the negatives. Being the boss also has allowed me a great sense of freedom that few people have the privilege to experience. I have always been blessed with the desire to succeed beyond my expectations and to make Bar-B-Cutie® the best BAR-B-Q restaurant concept in the world. For this, I am proud.

All of us at Bar-B-Cutie® share the passion for what we do and it shows in our everyday operations. It has taken many years with much success and a few failures to get to the point where we could offer our opportunity to others. Our failures have taught us lessons and made our business stronger every step of the way. Our successes are from over 58 years of hands-on experience. Very few companies can come close to this benchmark. Today, we have a proven concept and our business model is the model for others to follow. To make this happen, our goal is to provide our guest with an experience that exceeds their expectations. This includes every aspect of our business, food, service, decor and cleanliness. Each and every customer must know the value that is placed on him or her. So, the bottom line is that we do this because we are very good at what we do and the rewards are the opportunity to make our company soar beyond our wildest dreams while sharing our expertise and success with others who are seeking the American dream.
